Ministries

Trinity Baptist Church exists to share the good news of Jesus Christ with Central Florida and the world, and to meet the emotional and spiritual needs of its members and the people of our community. To accomplish these tasks, the church has developed a broad spectrum of ministries.

Evangelism Ministry:
Men's Ministry
This ministry provides the men of Trinity Baptist and surrounding community many opportunities to fellowship together through many activities, conferences and Bible study programs.    
Training
Trinity offers a variety of personal soul-winning training opportunities. The sessions vary from one night to several weeks. Go to the Announcements section for upcoming training opportunities.
Decision Time Counseling
This ministry is staffed by trained volunteers who assist those making decisions in the worship service  during the "invitation". Due to the important nature of this ministry, special training is provided for all those who participate. 
Intercessory Prayer Ministry
A growing ministry who commit to pray each week for the spiritual and physical needs of our church, community, state, nation and the world.
Missions
Adults - Various mission opportunities are offered throughout the year. These range from local work days to short trips.
Children - GA's - Girls in action (Girls, Grades 1-5), RA's - Royal Ambassadors (Boys, Grades 1-5) both meet on Wednesdays at 7:00pm.
Preschool - Mission Friends (Boys & Girls, ages 3-Kindergarten) meet on Wednesday at 7:00pm.

Music Ministry:
The music ministry is based on the belief that singing and playing musical instruments as an act of worship is a biblical mandate. To facilitate the teaching of musical skills in age appropriate settings, we have the following music organizations:
Adult Choir
Open to all adults interested in singing for worship. Meets Wednesdays at 7:00pm.
Orchestra
Instrumental ensemble of high school students through adults. Practice is Sunday at 5:00 pm.

Recreational Ministry:
Through a variety of recreational and social activities this ministry under girds Trinity's commitment to reach our community for Christ. The Lovett Christian Life Center (CLC), under the leadership of our recreational directors, provides recreational opportunities for all ages. CLC policies and procedures may be obtained from the church office.

Service Ministries:
Audio Technicians
The team who sets up and monitors the sound for all worship services and music activities.
Baptism Ministry
A team who serves in the baptismal area assisting baptismal candidates and church staff in the ordinance of baptism.
Benevolence Ministry
The team who serves our congregation by ministering to those with physical or financial needs, counseling, etc. in a Christ centered way.
Church Office Volunteers
A team of volunteers who give of their time to assist in the communication and publications ministries of our church office.
Floral Ministry
The team who determines the floral arrangements in church and sends flowers to memorial services of members who have passed away.
Fellowship Ministry
A team who organizes for the preparation and service of food during various church-wide fellowships, banquets, and events.
Welcome Center Ministry
A Caring team who seek to provide our visitors and members with guidance as they assist them by providing a "Caring Place Welcome" during our Bible Study and Worship Services.
Parking Ministry
This is a team of parking attendants who provide parking assistance to those on campus at Trinity.
CD Ministry
This ministry is an extension of Trinity's pulpit ministry. This team serves in the duplication and distribution of CDs of the worship service. These Cds can be ordered after each worship service for those who desire to purchase them. Cds are also distributed to the homebound.
Vacation Bible School Ministry
A team of leaders who provide an outstanding week of fun , fellowship, Bible study, worship, recreation, activities, and ministry each summer to older preschoolers and children.
Worship Care (Preschool) Extended Session)
A caring team of leaders who minister to parents by providing quality care for their preschoolers (birth - 4 years) in a warm and loving educational environment during worship services.
Worship Ushers Ministry
A team responsible for serving our visitors and members for our worship service in greeting, distributing bulletins, and the collection of the offering.
Costume Ministry
Involves making, designing, and distributing costumes for various performances during the year.
Interior Decorating Ministry
Involves decorating the Sanctuary and other locations for special functions such as celebrate America and seasonal events.
Lord's Supper Ministry
A team who assists in the preparation and clean-up of our communion services.

Website Ministry

A team who is involved in creating and maintaining the church's website.

Age-Group Ministries::
Married Adults
The married adults ministry focuses on both the relational and spiritual needs of adults of all ages. There are many opportunities for involvement in activities, outreach, fellowship and service such as:

Marriage Enrichment Seminars	Parenting Classes
Men's Groups	Ladies Groups

Single Adults
This enriching ministry provides meaningful Bible Studies, fellowships, activities, special events geared toward today's single person.
Senior Adults
The Senior Adult Ministry is led by teams of loving and caring adults. This ministry provides many opportunities for fellowship through socials, fun activities, and trips. It also provides a ministry of outreach to senior adults who are homebound.
Preschool
We love Children!! The emphasis of Preschool ministry is one of building the foundation blocks of their understanding of God, family, the church, and the world around them. These critical years will set a child's life on course. Through our loving volunteers we provide:

Youth (Grades 6-12)
The Youth Ministry of Trinity focuses on leading young people to know God and to grow in Christian character. Much emphasis is placed on the Christian worship, prayer, fellowship, discipleship, evangelism, and ministry. Some of the many exciting youth activities include:
